Poems about School

Much has been written about the difficulties of School. Children are in some ways like savages, not being fully trained in the ways of society. They may not stop to think whether it is wrong to torture other children, both emotionally or physically. Most schools have various groups or gangs of children that exclude all others. This being said there is much good that children and teens do between each other. There is no question that school is a difficult place to be and there is much to be written about this subject.

I’d like to think myself as normal,
    Just an ordinary girl.
    But I’m not into butterflies,
    I don’t do ballet twirls.

    I hate wearing make-up,
    No eye shadow or blush.
    I don’t have time in a ..........

The kids pointed and the kids laughed
at the young man that sat in the back of the class.

The one with his head down
    to conceal his lost frown,
the one whose face of confusion
    led to all the ..........

A silent tear fall from her eyes
As she fell on her knees and cry
No one can see her pain filled life
It doesn't show in her hazel eyes
    Dejected, rejected
    Unappreciated and not respected
    Alone ..........

    They really don't see
    how much this effects me.
I tell them over and over again
but they just don't want to listen.

    They laugh and they giggle
    and tell the whole world
    YEAH! that's because ..........

Heart cries, so do my eyes,
It really hurts when you miss your life.
    Life was wonderful then,
Lots of love, only friend in den.
Things were so straight and so fine,
    No commitments were in ..........

    I put on this act,
as I walk through the halls looking like I don't care.
    People talk behind my back,
    like I'm not even there

They call me slut, they call me whore,
    and frankly I just can't ..........

To be a teenager in a world like this is not as easy as some may think.
Nothing comes easy; life passes you by just as fast as you can blink.
Stepping into high school, is like stepping into ..........

As I walked through the door,
I got hit by the bore.
    I sat at my desk,
    and we began another test.
As I looked at the page my mind went blank.
It felt as if I had just sank.
    How come I didn’t ..........

In our school we were the shining ‘Stars’,
But later we were pushed behind the ‘Bars’.
    We were known by ‘All’,
That was the reason which made our ‘Pride’ fall.

    ‘Punished’, ‘Tortured’, ..........

    Who am I ?
I just am not able to understand.
    Feeling so many mixed emotions
    Different
    Helpless
    Ignored
    Lonely
    And most of all
    Lost.
    The road of confusion
    seemed ..........
