Poem about Teen Life

This poem is dedicated to all the girls. Just being a girl.

It's A Girl's Life

© Brianna Temple
We are all girls,
Together the same -
We are also different, yet alike
There is no one to blame.

From fairy tales to puberty,
Being ourselves is our duty.

From books to boys,
No longer toys.

Life's what we make it
There's no need to fake it.

Crazy, funny, happy, sad
It's a girl's life -
It's good and bad.

dude!! OMG!! this is soo true. I like it. it's cute. and very true of the sisterhood-bond that teenage girls should and do have.

  2. OMG! LOVED IT! Can I use it for something in my school newspaper? I go to an all-girls school, so this would be awesome to have in it. I'll tell them that YOU wrote it. Not anyone else.
